Hello!  I’m Anna, not Penelope, and welcome to my little corner of the internet.  I started this blog to keep note of our travels. I love writing it, sharing our photos and being able to point others at my travel suggestions. Since the little one arrived it’s become more of a mix of parenting bits and local adventures, as well as travel with baby on board:

🌈 Wife and mummy
👩🏻‍💻 Director of risky audit stuff
🚜 Quiet life in a Hampshire village
🌍 Adventures and luxuries with a toddler in tow

Work has allowed me to travel widely over the years. My husband used to work in the world of business and incentive travel and that accustomed me to the finer things!  I now enjoy finding treats and secrets myself – balancing ‘by the book’ luxe with what luxury means to us!  My former tagline ‘luxury and unique with vitamin sea’ is our niche, in travel, to relax and for the blog… I love finding hidden gems off the beaten track, rather than the obvious and impersonal!

Enjoy the ride and thank you for reading!

I love that luxury is what you make of it! Sad to say, I never thought about luxury that way… I always imagined suited butlers, personal drivers and all day spa treatment! 😉 Love your blog – you have a new follower!

Thank you 🙂 definitely, we all have our creature comforts – even macdonalds being brought to my tent for breakfast felt like a luxury the last time we camped…
